When you receive your item, please check it for damage or defects and make a note on the driver's delivery document then send us an email with photos and a description within 48hrs to defects@sedesignerinteriors.com
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to: cancel your order, exchange your order, or to return your order and request a full refund including delivery charges but you must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods. You have a further 14 days to send the goods back so long as the products are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. This rule does NOT apply to goods worth £42 or less.
Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions of Sale will not be accepted and will be sent back to your original delivery address. To help you to ensure that your return reaches us, it’s recommended that you use a tracked or registered delivery service.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
