Design Direction and Professional ideas to Brighten, Declutter, Organise & Accessorise your home with flowers, ornaments & fragrances to make it more attractive to live in or to sell. STYLING: Personalising and maximising the aesthetics of your home. Colour scheme, decluttering, organising, procuring (but not sourcing), furniture layouts, lighting & accessories. On-site visits can be arranged if you’re local. STAGING: Suitable for properties going to market. Similar to Styling but designing your property in such a way so as to make it appealing to a wide audience and maximizing on the price and selling time. A 30min telephone consultation to discuss your brief (Please supply me with a floorplan, photos & videos of your room along with a brief in advance). I will provide Ideas to brighten, declutter, organise and accessorise your home with flowers, ornaments and fragrances to make it more attractive to live in or to sell. You will receive a mood board and/or annotated floor-plan detailing the room set-up and a neutral Colour Scheme with accent colours (where possible). Replace, remove, conceal or add new Accessories and a Shopping List.
